Returns & Warranty Policy

At Surrey Vapes, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our guidelines for in-store and online returns below.

If an electronic device has a manufacturing defect, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Requirements: A valid receipt and the original product box are required for all exchanges.
Exclusions: This policy applies to devices only. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Disposables, Re-fillable pods and Coils.
After 30 Days: If a defect occurs after the 30-day window, please bring the device and its original box to the store. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer regarding their specific warranty. Note that shipping fees for manufacturer claims are the responsibility of the customer.

You may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unopened, and unused condition.

In-Store Returns: Visit us at our Surrey location for an immediate refund to your original payment method.
Online Returns (Mail-In): If you cannot visit the store, you may return unopened items via mail under the following conditions:
1. Authorization: You must email us at support@surreyvapes.com before sending your item.
2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
3. Tracking Requirement: You must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. This number must be emailed to us as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund the cost of the product.

Online Orders: While we accept mail-in returns for unopened items (as stated above), please note that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
No Exceptions: To maintain fair pricing and safety for all customers, we must strictly adhere to these conditions.
